The staff authentication screen is designed for fast front-desk operations. It supports standard email and password login, Google or Apple ID sign-in, hardware security key (NFC token) authentication, and instant switching between active administrator profiles.

Bookings

The booking module features two view modes: a timeline calendar grid and visual room cards. In the table view, receptionists track check-ins, guest names, stay durations, and blocked dates, while the card view provides an instant overview of occupancy percentages across room categories.

The pricing module combines manual rate overrides in a calendar grid with a flexible rule builder for automated discounts and markups. Managers can configure dynamic pricing based on hotel occupancy, seasonality, length of stay, group bookings, or sales channels like Booking.com, complete with conflict alerts for overlapping discounts.

Activity history

The activity log records every staff action in the system, including created or canceled bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and rate adjustments. Switching between chronological view and staff-grouped view ensures full operational transparency across shifts.
